OTTOPOD v2 Maker Project (Release Nov2020)
OTTOPOD, made by you is 18.5cm high and kicks out a great sound. It's made from trees and grass, namely poplar and bamboo or other plywoods and uses quality components within.
OTTOPOD Bluetooth Smart Speaker adds an Amazon Echo Dot providing Alexa taking your music and other voice requests. The built in miniDSP integrated into the amplifier chips from Texas Instruments you can program is the secret ingredient to providing amazing sound thanks to six tweeters and a 4 inch Subwoofer with an amazing 20mm excursion creating natural bass.
Two OTTOPODs can be used in Stereo using True Wireless Stereo (TWS) for incredible stereo sound.

All the hard design work has been done so you can make and customise the look you want. Skins will be available to download for you to apply while building.
Instructions and Template Provided
A laser cutting template and simple step-by-step instructions are provided including a parts list to order the electronic components online. Also a DSP file is provided.
Enhance Your Making and Design Thinking
Students and Makers can follow the detailed Instructions which include a full parts list. You will need access to a laser cutter and basic tools. This project can be completed by makers and students enhancing your making and design thinking skills.
